ALL photos need to be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins accepted.

To schedule an appointment, visit: https://offuttafbstudio.setmore.com/ and choose a date / time that is available. The studio will not be blocked off for large groups. Appointments need to be set up by the individual themselves. 

An AF Form 833 is required - in advance - for all photo requests. AF FORM 833. Once the form is complete, e-mail it to: 55WG.PA.CommandInformation@us.af.mil

For your convenience, links to our e-mail address and the digital AF Form 833 are available on the scheduling website.

55th Wing Public Affairs is the sole source for photography services supporting official Offutt AFB photography requirements. Support can be requested for the following services:

- Retirements
- Promotion Ceremonies (O-6 & Above)
- Award Ceremonies
- Official Events
- Group Photos
- Historical Purposes
- Change of Commands (Group level and above)

The 55th WG/PA video section provides official video support for the 55th Wing and various tenant units on Offutt AFB.  Support must be for official use only and includes:

- News Stories
- Duplication Services (Copyright restrictions apply)
- Limited Production Capabilities
- Documentation of Historical Events

The video section also provides self-help video and photography cameras as well as projectors and screens for official base documentation. All video support must be requested using the AF Form 833 and request should be sent to: 55WG.PA.CommandInformation@us.af.mil. Due to limited manpower, not all requests will be accepted. If your graphic work order request is approved, a digital AF Form 833 must be filled out and sent to 55WG.PA.CommandInformation@us.af.mil

The marquees are located at the inbound & outbound Kenney and U.S. Strategic Command Gates. To request an item be put on the marquee, fill out the Marquee request and follow the instructions. For questions regarding the marquee, call (402) 294-3744.
