- Survivable back-up command control for U.S. Strategic Command’s E-6B Looking Glass

- Survivable back-up for Secretary of Defense’s National Military Command Center’s E-4B National Airborne Operations Center

- Element of Unified Operations Plan providing replacement forces for manned airborne signals aircraft – Reconnaissance in Support of Nuclear Operations
