Offutt honors victims of 9/11

U.S. Air Force Col. Hans Palaoro, 55th Wing vice commander, Perry Guido, Bellevue Fire Department fire chief, Detective Roy Howell, Bellevue Police Department, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt.
