One of the best ways to interact with finance is through the online Comptroller Services Portal (CSP). CSP is available 24/7 and is a secure, trackable way for all active-duty military and civilian personnel to submit finance inquiries along with uploading required documentation. All you need is a Common Access Card (CAC) and an internet enabled computer. A finance Airmen reviews all CSP inquires and directly corresponds with customers via CSP’s automated emailing system.
Please remember the member’s first touchpoint for DTS and GTC concerns should be their unit’s Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) or Agency Program Coordinator (APC). If ODTAs or APCs cannot help the member, the ODTA or APC should reach out to Finance via CSP.
For Retiree and Annuitant MyPay pin resets, an in-person visit is required. Please visit us in person: Tues - Thurs, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Note: a valid Retire/Annuitant ID is required. MyPay will require a cell phone number and email address to log-in and validate the account.
