Team Offutt held a memorial June 5, 2019 inside the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska to honor 19 aircrew members that were lost when an RC-135 Rivet Amber reconnaissance aircraft that disappeared while flying from Shemya Island to Alaska on June 5, 1969.
