Edward McCann, Critical Care Air Transport Team member from the 59th Medical Wing, Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, gives a demonstration on the capabilities of the newly developed Transport Isolation System on board a C-17 Globemaster III at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska July 23.
