OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Brig. Gen. John N.T. Shanahan, 55th Wing commander, completes a Combined Federal Campaign donation form here Sept. 29. With his donation, General Shanahan started Team Offutt on its goal of $325,000.00 in CFC contributions. As of Oct. 13, Offutt has raised $96,884.00.
