OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Boy Scout Josh Flott, a member of Troop 359, is given a coin by 55th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Michael J. Allshouse, inside Child Development Center II here Dec. 4 for his gift of a large wooden train holding hundreds of donated books.
