Air Force Climate Survey Published Sept. 26, 2008 By 55th Wing Public Affairs OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Beginning Oct. 1 all Air Force active duty, Guard, Reserve, Air Force and NAF civilians will be asked to participate in the 2008 Air Force Climate Survey. The purpose of the survey is to provide Air Force leadership with feedback on ways to improve their units. The survey will be divided into 9 factor areas: trusting senior leadership, trust in immediate supervisors, job, resources, impact of deployment, recognition, general satisfaction, unit performance and unit characteristics. The survey, last completed in 2005, allows for anonymous feedback from individuals and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Each survey will be received via email and tailored to the unit that each individual is assigned. The survey time is Oct. 1 to Nov. 28. All surveys will be compiled and available for unit commander review Feb. 9.
