U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Donald Bacon, 55th Wing commander, performs the ceremonial ribbon cutting alongside Senior Airman Kyle Slack, 55th Intelligence Support Squadron, to commemorate the grand re-opening of The Connection, a dormitory morale room, which was recently relocated to the third floor of Tuskegee Hall at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., April 17. Connection Center

Offutt Airmen gather in The Connection, a dormitory morale room, which was recently re-located to the third floor of the Tuskegee Hall dormitories. Dorm residents were given a creative say in what they wanted in the center right down to the color of the walls.
