Flood recovery project include new homes for fish

Jason Ehlers and David Ramsay with Outdoor Recreation at Offutt AFB load a Mossback fish habitat into a boat with help from volunteer Rick Brown. A Mossback is synthetic structure made from recycled PVC which simulates submerged tree branches and limbs where underwater plant life can grow.
