Airman 1st Class David Robb, 55th Security Forces Squadron elite guardsman, was recognized as part of U.S. Strategic Command’s H.E.R.O. (Helping Everyone Recognize Others) program Nov. 17, 2017, at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. Robb was recognized for performing CPR on a civilian that was in cardiac arrest at the base gym.
