The 170th Group is under new leadership following a change of command ceremony at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Nov. 4. Lt. Col. David Preisman took the group guidon from Col. Mark Hopson during the tradition rich ceremony held at the 557th Weather Wing auditorium.
