A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 10 a.m. to noon in the park on Rising View Blvd., for the first of two Free Little Libraries, like the one pictured above, located in the base-housing area. The second library will be located in the Wherry housing area in “the Bowl.”
