Fightin' 55th members deliver smiles to Omaha's Children's Hospital and Medical Center

Madeline Dougherty, 2, who is appropriately nicknamed ‘Moo-Moo’, takes here new stuffed cow for a stroll around Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha, NE, Nov. 20. Volunteers from Offutt AFB’s 55th Wing delivered over 90 stuffed animals on behalf of the Air Force Sergeants Association, Chapter 984. The special Noah’s Ark Workshop animals included 64 monkeys, puppy dogs, bears and cows that were assembled by Offutt members. These animals included an internal pouch where patients could place a star after making a wish. All of the animals were made available through donations to Chapter 984 of the AFSA.
