Ribbon cutting ceremony held at HF facility in Elkhorn
Dave Clingerman, a telecommunications specialist with the 55th Strategic Communications Squadron, leads a tour through the newly renovated High Frequency Global Communication System facility on Jan. 29, Elkhorn, Neb. The streamlined facility shed 20,000 square feet to reflect the current manning levels of the facility. The rural annex once housed 150 personnel and now only requires five staff members to carry out the mission. (U.S. Air Force photo by Josh Plueger/Released)
