Retired U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Regis F.A. Urschler, former 55th Wing commander, U.S. Air Force Col. Gregory Guillot, 55th Wing commander, along with Airman 1st Class Kerrigan Lisis, Communication Security accountant assigned to the 55th Communication Squadron, ceremoniously make the first cut of the Birthday Ball cake at the Embassy Suites Hotel in LaVIsta, Neb, April 12.
