OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Brig. Gen. (Ret) Toreaser A. Steele was the guest speaker at this year's Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Luncheon and gave an insperational speech to patrons in honor of the late Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Patriot Club Jan. 16. Patrons were treated to a soul-food menu as they watched a touching slide show dedication to Martin Luther King, Jr. compiled by Chaplain (Capt.) Scott Nupson, 55th Wing Chapel.
