OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Brig. Gen. James Jones, 55th Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Lisa Sirois, 55th Wing command chief, congratulate Staff Sgt. Dominque Nasser-Johnson, 55th Electric Combat Group, for winning the Non-commissioned Officer of the Year during the Annual Awards Banquet held at the Patriot Club Feb. 27. Members of the 55th Wing came together to honor those who have demonstrated tireless dedication, faithful service and excelled in the past year representing the best of the best according to the general.
