Maness, 55th Wing vice commander presents a check for $500 to Laura Bisson, volunteer coordinator and Natalia Perart, chief executive officer of the YWCA Women's Shelter April 15. The check was presented on behalf of the Elite Four Airmen?s Council and the Offutt Sexual Assault Response and Coordination office.
