OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. ? Timothy A. Skipworth and his son William pose for a photo in front of a painting of Timothy's father, Col. Billy L. Skipworth, inside the Billy L. Skipworth Operations Center here May 23. The building was named after Col. Skipworth after he died in a plane crash in the South pacific on June 13, 1971. Col. Skipworth was the commander of the 2nd Airborne Command and Control Squadron. Timothy was 8-years-old when his father died. The visit was his first to Offutt since he was a young boy.
