Bingham, host aviation resource manager for the 170th Operational Support Squadron, explains how it feels to be selected as one of the Air Force's 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year for 2009 in the 170th OSS conference room here July 9. Sergeant Bingham said he's shocked and honored to be selected as one of the Air Force's top Airmen. His numerous accomplishments over the past year include developing new aircrew in processing procedures, graduating from the Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and achieving a physical fitness score of 94.
