OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Co. John M. Egentowich, 2nd Weather Group commander, speaks to Offutt team members during the 16th Weather Squadron's reactivation ceremony here Nov. 18 at the Air Force Weather Agency auditorium. In July of 1959, the 16th WS was reactivated at Ft. Monroe, Va. and assigned to the 2nd WXG. Operations continued until the squadron was deactivated in October 1976.
