OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- From left to right, Col. John T. Rauch, 55th Wing vice commander, Rhonda L. Woolridge, chief of emergency management for the 55th Civil Engineer Squadron and Brian E. Smith, a warning coordination meteorologist with the National Weather Service, share friendly conversation after Mr. Smith presented Col. Rauch and Ms. Woolridge with the Storm Ready certificate of achievement Nov. 24 at the Bellevue Public Schools Support Center in Bellevue, Neb. Mr. Smith presented the colonel and Ms. Woolridge with the honor after the Defense Support for Civlian Authorities Briefing, a presentation that explains how Department of Defense agencies can help civilian agencies respond to a natrual disaster or crisis situation.
