OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- 55th Wing Commander Brig. Gen. John N.T. Shanahan and Dr. Janet Tull, the daughter of retired Lt. Col. Harrison "Harry" Tull, a Tuskegee Airman during World War II and a former 55th Wing officer who recently passed away, unveil the road sign for the newly dedicated Tull Road here April 6.
