Leadership is something every Airman must demonstrate no matter what rank they may be, according to Col. L. Dean Worley, Jr., 55th Electronic Combat Group commander. The colonel stresses to all Airmen that it's vital they lead effectively within their units. Airmen can evaluate their leadership skills by asking themsevles if they deliver positive results, use every tool available to accomplish the mission and do they create a climate for success?
