OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - The National 9/11 Flag was on exhibit at the Offutt Appreciation Picnic this year. The flag was constructed by the New York Says Thank You Foundation, stitched together by residents of Greensburg, Kansas after the town was destroyed by a tornado. Team Offutt Members enjoy a day in the sun with complimentary hot dogs, hamburgers and entertainment at the Offutt Advisory Councils Annual Appreciation Picnic at the base lake here. Activities including live musical entertainment, games, zoo exhibits, inflatables and prizes were provided by local businesses for local residents of the community. U.S. Air Force photo by Jeff W.
