OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Gen. Kevin P. Chilton, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, congratulates more than 300 members of the 55th Wing July 7 before they were awarded the 2009 Omaha Trophy for strategic aircraft operations. The Omaha Trophy is awarded annually to four military units demonstrating the highest performance standards in U.S. Strategic Command mission areas, according to the command. 55th Wing Commander Brig. Omaha Trophy
