OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Emergency personnel from Offutt and Plattsmouth, Neb., provide care to Chris Bush, an Omaha native who volunteered to be a simulated victim during Offutt's annual major accident response exercise here Aug. 14. The exercise tested the base's emergency response capabilities. Military and local organizations from across the Omaha metro area worked together to respond to the simulated aircraft accident.
