OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Jeffrey Hildenbrandt, an American Red Cross volunteer, assists families in the Emergency Family Assistance Center staging area at the Bellevue Christian Center during Offutt's annual major accident response exercise here Aug. 14. The exercise tested the base's emergency response capabilities during a simulated aircraft accident.
