OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Col. Michael J. Allshouse, 55th Mission Support Group commander, addresses numerous family members and volunteers at the Emergency Family Assistance Center inside the Bellevue Christian Center Aug. 14, during Offutt's annual major accident response exercise. The colonel briefed all in attendance on the status of recovery operations as part of the exercise simulating an aircraft accident.
