OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Staff Sgt. Dudley Lykins, 55th Aerospace Medicine Squadron and Sergeant at Arms for Offutt's annual Enlisted Dining Out, christens the Grog Bowl to kick off the event at the Patriot Club Oct. 15. The primary purpose of a dining-out is to bring military members together in an atmosphere of camaraderie, fellowship and social rapport.
