DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Az. -- A 42nd Electronic Combat Squadron EC-130H Compass Call is doused with water symbolizing the fini flight for Lt. Gen. Glenn F. Spears, 12th Air Force commander, here May 6. General Spears served more than 33 years in the Air Force and was a command pilot with more than 3,400 flying hours in 16 types of aircraft.
