OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. --Members of the American Red Cross go over procedures to participate in the event. Offutt AFB performed a national level exercise for 2011 on May 19 at the field house. Many participants were on hand for the NDMS Exercise, including many base agencies from Omaha simulating real life transporting of medical personel and victims acting out and responding giving medical care in case of a community emergency.
