Water continues to engulf Haworth Park in Bellevue, Neb., with the promise of a significant increase in water. The water is projected to crest a mere two feet from the top of the adjacent levees in the city. Preparation for the increased water levels from the Missouri River is crucial to how Offutt adapts to continuing its mission despite the record water flow.
