Folding the tail on Open Skies

Chris Gothberg, an aircraft repair technician assigned to the 55th Maintenance Squadron, removes the strap used to fold the tail of an OC-135B Open Skies aircraft inside of the Bennie Davis Maintenance Faciliy at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
