Month of the Military Child ends with a song at Offutt
In recognition of the military child, U.S. Air Force Technical Sgt. Rebecca Packhard, vocalist with the U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band, performs various songs to a crowd of children at Offutt’s child develop center on Offutt AFB, Neb., April 27.
