Offutt Celebrates Air Force Birthday

U.S. Air Force Col. Marty Reynolds, 55th Wing commander, gives opening remarks during the U.S. Air Force 68th birthday celebration inside the Patriot Club, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Sept. 17.
