Evan Dean, legislative director for Rep. Mike Flood of Nebraska, visited Offutt Air Force Base, June 1, 2026, to view newly constructed facilities and gain a better understanding of the 55th Wing's mission. During his visit, Dean toured the installation's new facilities, received a briefing on the 55th Wing’s global operations, and visited construction sites associated with the ongoing 2019 flood recovery efforts to observe rebuilding progress.
