OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb -- Colonel Robert Maness, 55th Wing vice commander, and representatives from the Bellevue Volunteer Fire Department and Bellevue Police Department render a salute to a display representing the fallen Sept. 11 during a special ceremony honoring victims of Sept. 11, 2001 held at the Bellevue Lied Center.
