Tull Road dedication Published April 14, 2010 55th Wing Public Affairs OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Tull Road, the newest road on Offutt AFB, was named after Lt. Col. Harrison Tull, a Tuskegee Airman during World War II and a former 55th Wing officer, who recently passed away in a ceremony here April 6. Colonel Tull served 27 years in the Air Force.
