OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - The National 9/11 Flag was on exhibit at the Offutt Appreciation Picnic June 11 st the base lake. The flag was constructed by the New York Says Thank You Foundation, stitched together by residents of Greensburg, Kansas after the town was destroyed by a tornado. During the annual event sponsored by the Offutt Advisory Council, Team Offutt members enjoyed a day in the sun with complimentary hot dogs, hamburgers and entertainment.
