Offutt civilian federal and non-appropriated fund personnel are required to take No Fear Act training by Nov. 5. Civilians must take the course within 90 calendar days of being hired and must remain current through refresher training on a biennial basis. By completing No Fear Act training, people will become more knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities under antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. The Air Force has developed an online training course that meets the requirements of the No Fear Act and Office of Personnel Management regulations. Anyone with computer access can find the No Fear Act training at https://golearn.csd.disa.mil. Once logged in, click "Course List," "Selected Force Training" and "No Fear Act Training." The system will automatically track completion; however, participants won't receive credit for taking the course until they pass the test with a score of 70 or higher. Individuals who don't have internet access must attend one of two No Fear Act training sessions scheduled for Sept. 27 and Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. in the Bennie Davis Maintenance Facility's Theater. Certificates of training will be provided upon class completion. It is the member's responsibility to ensure his or her certificate is provided to his or her respective training manager.
