In an effort to help control the spread of COVID-19, the Satellite Pharmacy located at the Offutt Exchange, will consolidate operations with the Ehrling Bergquist Clinic Thursday, April 2, 2020.

All prescriptions will be picked up at the Ehrling Bergquist Clinic between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. until further notice.

“Please know this is temporary and while I understand it may be an inconvenience for some, this change is in line with our current priorities of preventing spread, fighting the virus and mission accomplishment,” said Col. Gavin Marks, 55th Wing commander.

Beneficiaries are encouraged to follow traffic flow instructions when entering the clinic from South 25th Street and must remain in their vehicle.

“This change gives the 55th Medical Group some flexibility and allows us to add additional staff and phone lines to help with these new processes,” said Col. Julie Ostrand, 55th MDG commander. “However, there may be some delays and increased processing times so I ask for your patience and understanding as we make this transition.”

All refills will continue to be requested through the phone-in refill line at (402) 294-4758. All new prescriptions must be activated prior to going to the pharmacy through TRICARE Online Secure Messaging (www.TOLsecuremessaging.com) or by calling (402) 294-3228.

As an additional option, Home Delivery through Express Scripts is another method that all beneficiaries can utilize.
