Social media graphic made to honor the active-duty men and women of Offutt AIr Force Base, Neb. The adopted wing moniker of ‘Warhawks’ is used as the title for the faux comic book cover with it’s comic aesthetic - visually playing on the word ‘Heroes.’ The airmen displayed represent many different career fields as well as both officer and enlisted all towering above a RC-135 Rivet Joint aircraft that is taking off - representing the continued mission in the face of a global pandemic. The turning of the page is a reminder that the new year start at midnight of the night of this posting. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Josh Plueger)
