Martin Bomber Building recieves facelift

OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Brig. Gen. James Jones, 55th Wing commander presents a coin to Mr. Cecil Weeks, 55th Civil Engineer Squadron chief of operations and mainitenance, Dec. 4 for his work spearheading the cleanup effort in the Martin Bomber Building. The building has undergone extensive cleanup efforts since March in order to improve the work environment for many military and civilian members of Team Offutt. This historic building consists of 1.5 million square feet and was used as a plant for B-26 Marauder Bombers and B-29 Superfortress Bombers during World War II.
