OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Lieutenant Gen. Robert J. Elder, commander of 8th Air Force, Brig. Gen. James Jones, outgoing commander of the 55th Wing, and Col. John N.T. Shanahan, incoming commander of the 55th Wing, salute the United States flag during the 55th Wing Change of Command Ceremony held at the Bennie Davis Facility April 24.
