Offutt honors victims of 9/11
U.S. Air Force Col. Hans Palaoro, 55th Wing vice commander, Perry Guido, Bellevue Fire Department fire chief, Detective Roy Howell, Bellevue Police Department, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. William Thomaston, 55th Wing command chief, place flags as part of a 9/11 ceremony at American Heroes Park in Bellevue, Neb., on Sept. 11.
